The AdamPluto.j Package is a Package registered in the Julia Registry. So its installation is done in a classic way through the following commands.

Using Pkg
Pgk.add("AdalmPluto")

Or directly through Pkg mode of Julia Landscape

] add AdalmPluto

Note that this package I can use directly or through the higher level AbstractSDRs wrapper. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate.
