Playback: allow to navigate by clicking measure

In Musescore 4 the user can click on a measure during playback
and the playback cursor will play at the beginning of that measure.
MuseScore 3 requires precisely clicking a score element to navigate during playback.
MSS4's behavior seems worth backporting or having an equivalent functionality
