Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, a streamer can have multiple chatroom associated to a single channel.
When a user is banned, they is only banned for the current chatroom.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to make a channel-wide ban.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An option to automatically make ban/unban channel-wide.
