[Bug]: Outline phone app is connecting to server with mobile data but without internet access

Describe the bug

Can't use Outline from mobile app on iPhone. I can connect to outline server with mobile data but can't reach any address.

With Wi-Fie connection all warks good

Steps to reproduce

1. Open application on phone
2. Connect to outline server with mobile data
3. Can't connect to any site/servide

What did you expect to happen?

I expect to get working internet with VPN

What actually happened?

I can't get internet access

I wonder if DNS requests are failing. Are you able to reach https://1.1.1.1/ while connected to your Outline server?

I can get redirect to https://one.one.one.one/ but then nothing

Little bit information: sometimes it's opening and then I can use google search but can't reach any sites

This makes it highly likely there's a problem with your DNS queries. It's likely that your mobile ISP is blocking this UDP traffic, which would block DNS.

What you could try is disabling all UDP traffic / ports on the server. This forces the client to send DNS queries over TCP instead.
