Seamless vertical pdf

I have issues reading a webcomic in pdf form which is a fixed width and very long. It appears to be paged and the vertical reader does not respect zoom across the pages nor does it allow seamless reading across page boundaries.

I would like a vertical reading mode which ignores the page boundaries and treats the pdf as a continuous strip.
