尝试恢复默认黑白名单，问题依旧，退出能源之星后一切恢复正常
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0
显卡驱动已更新至最新正式版

启用能源之星后出现此问题

Windows version / Windows 版本

Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.3880

Hardware specs / 硬件配置

Thinkbook 16P
intel 13900H
RTX 4060 Laptop
