Add a dictionary/wiki as on Martin Fowler's blog

On https://martinfowler.com/, wherever a certain, well-defined concept is mentioned in an article, it is hyperlinked to its definition on a separate page of the blog. Here is an example: https://martinfowler.com/bliki/LocalDTO.html

It would be great to have something similar on the WolfSound blog.

Acceptance criteria

• Create a separate page in the menu called Dictionary
• On the page, list all the alphabet letters
• Underneath each letter list alphabetically all the concepts already present in the dictionary (a new article category may be needed)
• Create a layout for a dictionary entry
• Add 2 entries (e.g., "sampling rate", "aliasing")
• Make sure they are visible
• Add a mechanism to easily link to the dictionary entries (a new tag maybe?)
• Link to the created dictionary entries using "Find and replace"
