Director Branches automation looses connection if objects are merged in branch #2886

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Setup Director with Branches.
Create Automation Sync with simple hosts in a csv file.
Import and Sync (create hosts) in the director.
Extend the csv with another host.
Change your branch to your personal branch and run import/sync.
Merge your branch to "main".
Delete your last host from the csv and run import/sync again.
See that no changes are detected and director won't manage the object.

Expected Behavior

After the branch is merged, the sync rule should still detect changes if any changes are made to the csv file
