FYI: Broken links

Hi,

A couple of broken links I encountered on your site/in this repo:

1. On http://ianparberry.com/research/content/ the link Manuscript and BibTex at JCGT refers to http://jcgt.org/published/0003/02/02%20/ which is broken (note the %-endcoded space (" ") character before the last forward slash). The correct link is http://jcgt.org/published/0003/02/02/ (as seen on http://ianparberry.com/research/amortizednoise/).

2. This repository links to http://larc.unt.edu/ian/research/amortizednoise/ which redirects to http://ianparberry.com/research/amortizednoise/.

Ended up on your site because GameFromScratch did a video (https://twitter.com/gamefromscratch/status/1370393552912547841) about your 3D math book being freely available--and figured if you went to trouble of writing a book I could probably manage writing an issue to tell you about a couple of broken links. :D
