При установке через pip пишет:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x98 in position 564:
character maps to

Есть идеи как я могу эту проблему решить?

На самом деле проект и не поддерживается.
Надо попробовать применить утилиту 2to3 и запускать на Python 3.

Если есть возможность это сделать, можете заслать пулл-реквест.
