Version 3.0.0 **Not Yet Released**

Due to many bugs appearing in tests, version 3.0.0 has not yet been released. I will continue to work on this version

I have restructured essentially all the internals from Version 2.0.0.

It is now a far better structure and easier to maintain and faster!

The degree of the changes mean that there will be bugs though! Please report any issues you see that appear abnormal (it is almost certainly a bug!)

This project is now a julia package!
Split juliainterface.jl into several files

Added:
The JULIAdotNET package is auto installed if it is missing
Ability to custom register your own delegates to expose them to julia.
