Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Reticulum (Hubs-Foundation/reticulum#188), which barfs if you try to create a room with some Unicode characters. I will try to make the Discord bot more robust against this variety of Reticulum failure, though -- it shouldn't just silently not work.
