As a convenience, I believe the eye weights need to be adjusted. They look the same as various MMDs and VROIDs I've converted, and will likely have the 'lazy eye' problem. To fix, weight both eyes 100% to the head bone, and then reduce their respective eyebone weights to 50%. shouldn't be too hard.

Should work in cvr, most stuff as regards shaders and rigs are the same as in vrc.
