Some page links (notably the page links in the sidebar) include anchor references (#part) with the slug of the page. This makes little difference on desktop browsers, but on phones it means the page opens at the beginning of its content (and not at the "sidebar" which is turned into a "top bar" there). We need to add such anchor references in all the links (currently, translation links).
