• Cite sources for all physical constants #75 -- worth doing now (thomas for ytterbium; neil has no bandwidth this week but next week). NIST has everything up to isotope shift
• @marwahaha work on Use Unitful in the support of PhysicalConstants #53 some more. Neil will fix the dynamics tests next week.
