The MessageInput component consists of a channel picker, text area, and submit button. We can

Improve styling to make it look nicer
Add a "Test" button that sends the message to #bot-playground, so the user can verify that it looks as intended
Add confirmation dialog before sending a message: Send message to {channel}? [Send] [Cancel]
