List of requested features as a wish list post paper effort.

  1. Meta data, laser power, pixel size, emission filter
    1a) sample meta data.- add associated metadata file

  2. Stage limits file to set limits to prevent stage crashes

  3. Mosaic images

  4. Pop control windows out of main panel
