Option to set TimeZone

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
By default SharePoint always stores DataTimes in UTC even if stored in another local time. To compare that value you have to convert it to localtime or the localtime to UTC.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an Option to set the preferred timezone. All Read-Operations on DateTime-Values should be converted to that value.
