  • Add a window manager as a dependency (alternatives on Debian) to the package
  • Create a xstartup script for VNC, launching the first available window manager
  • configure commands to use xstartup

Window managers preferred order:

  • xfwm4
  • openbox
  • kwin?
  • gnome wm? (metacity?)
  • others?
