Growing up walls thickness between vines and vertical slab

everyone likes blackberries (me included) and most like blackberry wine (me included), but the problem is the plant isn't much different from grape vine in terms of growth.

it would feel weird in-game if one grew along ropes and the other grew along some trellises.
to me it would feel just wrong.

but if a new plant also brings an alternative growing method for grapes, it's a double win.
maybe the new plant could have lesser max distance along ropes and lesser height but not too much because i didn't notice much difference irl.

Blackberries grow more like a bush and then branch out like a vine. We can use the Sweet Berry Bush method, or make a more 3d bush block like the Azalea Bush.

Would be interesting to make it function more like a vine, but would like to see it be more 3D vs flat.

Blackberry Wine can be integrated using the existing blocks.
