Switch Desktop Right shortcut not working on insiders build 21277

The Ctrl+Win+RightArrow shortcut stopped switching to the virtual desktop to the right.
I thought it was an issue with this latest Windows 10 build (21277.rs_prerelease.201207-1443), but exiting SylphyHorn caused the shortcut to start working again. Perhaps an internal change in the build messed with SylphyHorn's hooks?

Try re-launch SylphyHorn with Administrative priviledge. It works for me at least

Oh, I forgot that I'm using a forked version. Previously I'm using 5.5.0 of SylphyHornEx , and version 5.5.1 fixed my problem.

Just tried SylphyHornEx 5.5.1 running as both admin and non-admin - both configurations exhibit the same behavior I originally reported of being unable to switch to the desktop to the right with Ctrl+Win+RightArrow. Additionally, the switching popup doesn't show. I am now on 21296.rs_prerelease.210115-1423.
