Thermal tuning not showing up in 1.21

What's the issue you encountered?

Thermal tuning is not showing up in creative menu or in villager trading.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Go into creative menu and search for thermal tuning. Doesn't show up.

I'm oddly having a similar issue too, I haven't been able to get the enchantment to show up in villager trades or any dungeon chests but I can find it through the creative menu. My Minecraft version is 1.21.1 with NeoForge v21.1.21; and running ToughAsNails v10.1.0.3

Trading for it was fixed recently in 1.21.1. As for the Creative menu, I see it (It's with the vanilla enchantment books), but if you can't find it at all, it's possible it's an issue with the NeoForge version
