Hard coded log folder

Currently, TCRM produces an output subfolder named "log", regardless of what log output location is actually specified in the config file. (Thus, this subfolder may not actually be used.)

This prevents logging if a user selects the same (clashing) name/location for the log file (making the problem difficult to debug).
