Looking at the source code in src/cpp/common/antenna.cpp antexCodes, and might {"R03", G3 } be missing in this table.
R03 does appear in igs20.atx, and G3 is defined in E_FType.
GLONASS L3 is being recorded by at least some of the networks receivers, in the RINEX data sets available, even if it is not yet defined in RTCM3, so might it be useful to have it defined for antex adjustments.
