The constant NUM_CPUS_PER_NODE should now be 48 and the amount of memory per node is not enough to support 'large' (8GB per core) memory requests due to the higher number of cores. PBS jobs now also need storage flags to be able to see anything in /g/data (e.g. the DEA environment which is stored in /g/data/v10).
