I know Windows officially has this function but sometimes for no reason the "Desktop App Installer" does not work or even open.

This year is the last year of my master's degree and I need to finish my graduation task. In the last few months of this year until March of next year, the application will no longer add new features, and will continue to pay attention to the winui team, the Windowsappsdk team and the csWinRT team, and continue to optimize the application(such as native aot). I will start the research of new functions after March next year. If you have any new requirements or new ideas, please leave a message
