获得的链接可以通过其他工具下载。但直接使用本项目的工具，显示一直为0
直接访问或者使用梯子都不行。
不知道如何排查，为了使用，暂时采取了复制链接，其他软件下载的方法。

我这里测试正常，您能否给我提供一下在下载创建后，点击任务管理器，这两个服务的网络带宽情况呢？
