0.3.40 cannot run on Windows Vista as expected #29

TravelCam is not effecting, and no any notifications. Exited sliently.
Cheat mode also. Only F1 and F2 work.

0.3.37 has no these problems.

反正就是Vista只能用0.3.37，听说现在也不是原作者负责维护了
