"Damage from NASA" layer is not the damage from NASA layer.

This is the layer that Ana is sending you right now - she has the final building damage layer. Pls use this one. And change the title of this layer to "Building damage by remote sensing"

There is a separate NASA Layer that I thought you had: I am attaching the link to the KMZ I want shown here anyway. Can you show this as the "Damage Proxy Map (NASA JPL)"?

So basically I am talking about two different layers above, i.e.
"Building damage by remote sensing" and
"Damage Proxy Map (NASA JPL)"
