Use alternate Bitcoin Design logo in footer #10

The Bitcoin Design seal in the website footer looks a little rough. The subtle strikes get a little messy looking when they are down-sized.

I propose that we switch this out with one of the simplified, small-size versions of the seal that has been discussed in Slack.
