[Bug]: Blank screen when a channel doesn't exist anymore

Describe the bug

When starting Freetube 0.22.0, the subscription page shows up briefly and is immediately replaced by a blank screen. No controls accessible. This happens because a channel was deleted since last launch (by its author or Youtube for copyright infringement).

Expected Behavior

In the previous version, the non-existent channel is mentioned on top of the subscriptions and you're given the choice to delete it.

Additional Information

To solve the problem, I re-installed v0.21.3, launched FreeTube and deleted the offending channel. Back in 0.22.0, the app loads all the subscriptions.
