[Documentation] CSMM User Manual has broken image embeds

Discord's update late last year to URLs for files hosted on the platform also seem to have affected this manual; in total there's about 15 images that would need to be replaced. Also since the last update to the manual was a couple years ago, have there been any updates to CSMM since then that should be reflected?
