I've recently come across odd behaviour with Fluidsynth. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04 using the versions provided by the Ubuntu repo. I;m running it using it as a Calf Plugin. Pls. start fluidsynth directly from console in verbose mode to verify that the prog changes really appear on the "wrong" channels:
Make sure to establish a MIDI connection with, e.g. qjackctl. You should see a bunch of
to see the midi events before they arrive in the MIDI router. If they still show the wrong channels, you have a mapping problem somewhere else. |
