Reproduce Pagegraph output (Graphml) behaviour

The pg structure doc mentions this:

The advantage of his format over other archiving formats is that it does not simply store the content of a page, but also all activities. That allows it to reproduce behavior from the time the page was visited.

I was just curious whether you were able to replay a Graphml file with the same order of events to ensure a likely deterministic execution for any given website.
