Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
重构前，组件使用 ali-oss 上传文件；重构后，组件只面向接口，ali-oss 相关的 uploadOptions 就没被使用了，也未删去。

将 uploadOptions 配置传到 action，由接口层实现该功能
