Action Performed:

1. Create a parent thread comment in a room as user A
2. Post a reply to the parent comment as user A.
3. Observe the push notification received for user B

Expected Result:

Push notification received for the parent comment

Actual Result:

Notice that the parent thread comment is shown in the notification and only for the reply
