I have a primary domain.com and two subdomains panel.domain.com and thebooks.domain.com
Panel.domain.com and thebooks.domain.com A records both point to the IP of the server.
Ajenti is resolving panel.domain.com correctly It is also resolving domain.com correctly
when thebooks.domain.com is enabled, domain.com points to the directory of thebooks.domain.com
When thebooks.domain.com is disabled, domain.com points correctly.
thebooks.domain.com has no effect on resolving panel.domain.com and it works correctly.
Anyone seen behavior like this?

Maybe you're having the same issue as #248
We need more information/screenshots, etc.. similar what provided in 248 would be helpful.
Sorry, something went wrong.
Could you post a screenshot of the Websites tab? I may have an idea about where this is coming from
