Summary

Any new message strings added to translated components in calcite are unavailable for developers to utilize in component code before the real translations are added. This poses challenges in terms of planning for feature additions/ fixes which might require new strings.

Desired Outcome

• Be able to add new message strings and utilize them in components before real translations are added.
• All message files should contain new message strings (copy from en locale).
• Add test to make sure all files contain same strings.
