Permission condition [Premium]

I am building a minecraft 1.7.10 server and using the latest premium version of SkillAPI. Every time I'm trying to set the condition of a skill to permission, I get these errors in console: https://pastebin.com/xe8jD8zF.
This has been tested with SkillAPI only and with other plugins installed, every time errors are the same.
This is really frustrating as there is no such issue in free version, however there is also no permission condition.

My server is running Thermos 1.7.10-1614.57, I am using PEX for permissions.

Can you please update the plugin or at least tell me what's the problem cause I really this plugin and would like to use it.
