Calyptia-fluentd with Ruby 3

Hello,

Would be possible to make this module compliant with calyptia-fluentd as refered here ?

We have some trouble with fluent-plugin-amqp2 : last versions are built for Ruby 3.x, and basically Ruby 2.7 is still the one embedded with td-agent, which can causes build problems during plugins install.

@NapoSky I don't have a problem with this, would you be interested in putting together the PR to support this install method?

I believe you would want to modify fluentd::repo here: https://github.com/EncoreTechnologies/puppet-fluentd/blob/master/manifests/repo.pp
