Is it possible to center the focus outline around the arrow? (I may need to readjust the frame..)

Let's hide the focus unless activated by keyboard
Add card outline, right now theres only a card shadow.
Top padding is too much, make 2.2 rem. Bottom padding too little.
Make "Select as Lead" same width as card's content (div.informationGrid-0-2-37)

@ooooorchid could you add the link to storybook where the problem is, and the link to the figma?

On focus, I'm not sure what's focused. But focus is usually triggered by mouse click. Did you mean don't focus until that?
