Expected Behavior

When refreshing the app after starting it without Internet connection, the posts and the ad banner should appear.

Current Behavior

When refreshing the app after starting it without Internet connection, the posts appear. However, the ad banner doesn't appear.

Steps to Reproduce

Start the app without Internet connection.
Turn on the Internet connection.
Refresh the App.
Posts should appear but the ad banner doesn't appear.
