Float number with decimal become 0 #30

Hi, I'm make an module to migrate data between odoo versions
In the currency[res.currency] model the rounding value is:

when get the list of currencies get:

in the method to get model data is:

The problem is 0 instance of 0.010000

How do to get full float number??
