Python version: 3.10
Operating System: Win11

Description

The utils.py has 1900 lines of code and contains weather data processing and modules from standards 52010 and 52016

May I suggest splitting utilts.py into 2 or 3 separate files? For example, iso_52010.py, iso_52016.py and weather_data.py?
