Need to get marquee / flagship / famous applications into the system

Describe the bug

Some categories, like Agriculture, are missing very important applications.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on "Agriculture" in Usage-based Discovery tool
2. Note that there are only 2 results, Crop Monitor (good!) and a case study for the use of Soil Moisture data in Giovanni (okay, but more like a case study.)
3. Go to Earthdata's Agricultural and Water Resources Data Pathfinder
4. Click on "External Resources". There you find more

Expected behavior

I expected to see at least GeoGLAM, but also NASA HARVEST.
