mat files #1
Comments
This is not an issue with the mat files, but rather with GitHub server as seen in here.
I don't know how to solve this, but a quick workaround is to go to the file in the GitHub page, and once in there, click in download (it is not the same as downloading the hole repository in .zip format, you will have to download each file individually). |
This is not an issue with the server but with your git installation. You need to install GIT LFS in addition to git to download any binary files in our repositories. Git will generally save everything as changes interpreted as text. Therefore, small changes in binary files can create repositories that are too large to be downloaded. To provide data, we, therefore, use the GIT-LFS system. Please note that "git lfs install" does not install GIT LFS. Please refer https://github.com/git-lfs/git-lfs/wiki/Installation for the installation instructions. I recommend to delete and redownload the git repo to ensure you download the files properly. I hope this answer helps. |
I had the same problem downloading just the zip file. But it works using git clone https://github.com/EPFL-LCSB/remi.git |
Hi,
The mat files in you uploaded could not be recognized by matlab, which makes it really hard to reproduce the results. Could you please fix that?
