web adresses no more working #6

I stumbled over two not working adresses for dresden.pm.

At one on the headline at https://github.com/Dresden-pm.
There is written/linked http://dresden-pm.org/, which shows only the "Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page".

Second, the link at https://www.pm.org/groups/539.html directs to https://dresden.pm.org/, which dows not work.
Changing this can be started with an issue at https://github.com/perlorg/www.pm.org/issues/new .
