There appears to be a net8.0 release for EnterpriseLibrary.TransientFaultHandling.Core at https://www.nuget.org/packages/EnterpriseLibrary.TransientFaultHandling.Core/3.1.0

However, there is not a 3.1.0 release for the other related packages, like TransientFaultHandling.Data https://www.nuget.org/packages/TransientFaultHandling.Data

When trying to upgrade packages to target net8.0, there are conflicts when referencing both of these packages, so it is not possible to upgrade.
Would it be possible to release version 3.1.0 of the other related packages?
