Hello team,
Earlier today, LT and I attended the UTXO-Alliance working group meeting to review the recently shared UTXO-Alliance Handbooks. The goals outlined in the README help define the purpose. Within the UTXO-Alliance/Handbooks repository, DigiByte has a handbook titled handbook-digibyte.handbook. From what I understand, the DigiByte UTXO model drawing created by Excalidraw is a representation of the DigiByte UTXO model and how it operates.
This discussion is being created to have DigiByte's workflow chart reviewed by the developers to verify its accuracy or determine if modifications are needed. If minor tweaks are required, Excalidraw.com can be used to recreate the flowchart. Alternatively, we can contact the team members who created the drawing to provide them with the correct details.
The UTXO Alliance-UTXO Models Handbook v.0.2 is a collection of handbooks from different blockchain members, each including a brief description of the chain and a workflow drawing. DigiByte is IX. The goal is to have these handbooks verified and updated by the respective blockchain teams before the next UTXO-Alliance monthly town hall, scheduled for December 6, 2024.
I hope this post clearly conveys what is being asked of the DigiByte team and the timeline for when it is needed.
Igodlab Ignacio Calderon de la Barca is the point of contact for this initiative. If there are any questions for me, please ask.
Thank you.
