SynapseDetection

ImageJ/Fiji macro script to analyse synaptic markers in immunofluorescent images of brain sections. Project in collaboration with Monica van den Berg (Bio-Imaging Lab, University of Antwerp). Analysis optimised for vesicular presynaptic markers.
